Hi, I’m Jen!

I’m the founder of Baby & Beyond Nanny Co. and I’m passionate about helping families find trusted, high quality nannies that truly makes life easier.

As a mum of two, I understand the challenges of balancing family life, work, and those special moments when you just need an extra pair of hands. Before launching Baby & Beyond Nanny Co. I spent eight years as a primary school teacher, giving me a deep understanding of child development, learning, and the importance of nurturing care.

Since then, I also qualified as a baby and child sleep coach, supporting families in creating healthy sleep habits for their little ones.

When I first launched the agency, we specialised in wedding and event childcare, providing seamless, professional nanny services to ensure that little guests were cared for while parents fully enjoyed their celebrations. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving hundreds of families as a bridal nanny, and I absolutely love being a part of such special moments. As demand grew, I expanded Baby & Beyond Nanny Co. to offer a wider range of premium nanny services, including permanent nanny placements, holiday nannies, and expert sleep support.
