Free Initial Consultation
A relaxed 15 minute call to understand your child's sleep struggles and how I can help.

Personalised Sleep Plan
After completing a 48 our sleep diary, I begin to create a step-by-step, nurturing plan that aligns with your child's temperament and developmental stage. Then we meet to discuss it and refine it to suit.

One to One Support
Ongoing guidance, reassurance and adjustments to keep you feeling confident throughout the process for 1 to 4 weeks.
